Ok well last night I put the throttle body back on my truck. It turns out that a spring was broken in one of the injectors. Also the oxygen senser was all jucked up. its running better than before, real nice smooth idle. The intake is alot quieter too. It turn out that my engine was very fluided, I put new sparkplugs in it and fuel can running out from the sparkplug outlet. I craned it over a few time and more fuel came out. Then once we put the new sparkplugs in my dad and I disconnected the injectors and and the truck ran for about 10 seconds or more. Anyway know all I have to do know is  it and see if it stays runnin as well as it is now
