Time for an update (FINALLY!)
Motor is done and breaking in. I still have a few tuning issues, but other than that, it is great.
Today i started the work on my new rear axle from a 94 4Runner:

Tomorrow i plan on starting the gussets. i am going to build two for the top like this out of 2''x4''x.25'' square tubing:
Then I think I'm going to have a piece of 1.75''x.188'' wall tubing bent to go around the diff guard from flange to flange.
