I personally haven't had much luck with those Rock gaskets... but I've only used them once or twice...

If it was cross-contaminating coolant and oil, carefully check the timing cover for cracks behind the drivers side guide- especially if it was grooved at any time.

If it were my project, I'd get a Toyota Headgasket to put in there.  Also, run a die down ALL the headbolts, and clean all the carbon off of the bolts that came from the exhaust side.  Get a bottoming tap and run it down all the head bolt holes and then blow the holes out with compressed air. 

When re-assembling, coat the head bolts with some moly lube or engine oil, and torque them to 65 ft/lbs (rather than the factory 58 ft/lbs) and it should be good to go.
