have you adjusted the clutch linkage from under the dash? Mine did the same thing after i swapped,until I screwed the MC linkage all the way out ran it, then put it where it needs to be. It took a bunch of fiddling but it works. You might have an air pocket in the line b/t the masterC and some part of the line. Thats what happened on mine.
