I think its still either the clutch slave not bled all the way or a failed clutch master not building pressure when the pedal is depressed. Does the clutch slave move when the clutch pedal is pressed? I dont think the fork is the problem simply cause it woulda been pretty obvious when it was part. I dont think the clutch friction can even fit the other way around on a toyota so you can check that off the list. Do you even get a pedal when the clutch is pressed and it wont go in gear? Mike
