i got a 83 5speed in my 87 runner with dule case it;s about 2'' over stock with the up grade bearing works grate. need to trade my 85 carb fore anther one for my forula toy
Remember to go easy on 5th gear, its the weakest on the 83 L52 trans. Running it hard in 4th, is ok--its the strongest, coolest, and will last the longest :driving:
