Here are the pics and some measurements you asked for...
At max flex (before the truck starts to get light on the rear wheel) there is about 33-34 inches underneath the tire
I think the springs are capable of more but limited by the shocks.
In the rear I'm still running just 10 inch travel Bilstien 5100 shocks on the stock upper mount
In the front I'm running 12 inch travel Bilstien 5100s on the All Pro shock hoops
Underneath the door from the ground to the frame I have approx. 23.5 inches of clearance (35 inch MTR on 15x10 rim)
They ride well, and are pretty soft springs.  The truck does lean a little to the pass. side.  I think this is primarily from the gas tank.  If you have any other questions just ask and I'll post what I can.
2000 Tacoma 3.4 V6, 5 speed, 4.88 gears, E-locker rear, 255/85R16 BFG MT, Lefty with Marlin Dual Cases and 4.7 gears topped off by a triple stick.
