Actually, this is the easier of the two trails in Penrose.  Patriot is very challenging.  I would suggest looking at colorado4x4.org under the Trip Reports section. 

It took us about 3 hours.  We were stopping and taking pictures and stuff.  The trail itself is probably 1.5 miles long, there and back 3 miles.
