Work for a geotechnical engineering company.  I am a lab rat, get to crush concrete cylinders in a hydraulic press to determine their pressure rating to ensure that house foundations and the like can hold up to the forces imposed on them. I also do some moisture testing. 

Best part of my job is I get to drive around a 2000 f150 (not good)  and pick up said cylinders all over the greater sacramento area.  It even has A/C!!!
