mine completely froze up like that and i needed to use pliers to turn them. one day they wouldnt engage and i had to take off the casing and push them in manually. when i got home i tok them apart, lubed emm and put it back together. now they turn better than ever, very easily. so ya just take em apart and lube it up, pretty easy to do.
