ditch the overload, its a rock anchor

add 3 leaves you cut to fit below the 3 'rear' main leafs(no overload). the springs you add can be 6-7mm leafs near 2.5'' wide. keep all the spring clamps and even weld something across the top to keep them together...

Make sure you don't just toss the load leaf and not support the main pack, if you don't they'll bend and possible break. Always have a load leaf to a pack that requires one.
