Ummm... Is your battery dead?
Do a voltage check to be sure it's OK.
then check all your connections and clean them as needed, Battery, starter etc. Be sure to check your ground wires as well, as they can be the culprit.
If that doesn't do it, pull the starter, and git it tested at any auto parts store (should be free).
I seriously doubt mis-wiring two cylinders is going to fry anything in the ignition, especially the coil. This would affect it's ability to start. Shouldn't just click and not turn over. That suggests battery or starter.
