Bring it over in the next few days & we can get it out. Don't know if I have an extra plug though, might want to find a new one.

Lilswamper we heard you the first time & it's vouch. :smack:

Well then what i would do is drill out the stripped bolts including the one on the t-case and then run up to shucks and buy these things called easyouts and then you are home free.

Broken bolts/studs - tack weld another nut to the remnant then just turn it right out

Small punch and hammer and walk the thing around till it's free.
Some idiots are too busy knowing it all, to ever learn anything...

I would suggest using liquid wrench a good size vice grip a clamp and a rather long metal tube. Take the vice grip and put it on the bolt as tight as possible then use the clamp to close the grips take the metal tube insert the end of the grip with the screw and your stripped bolt will be no more. Be very careful that you turn it the right way the t-case is only aluminum.

I've done this one meself. I took my Mototool (Any rotery tool and grindinding stone works just as well.) and ground the bolt head (Sort of)square. Then I hammered on an impact socket and unscrewd the bolt like normal. To remove remains of bolt from socket, stick a punch through ratchet side and pound it out with hammer. Two points; Wear eye protection and keep extra grinding stone around.
Good luck.

Skinny_Pedal

got it off. took a file got an impact socket on there and boom. it was easy. i guees i didnt totally dominate it after all. now i have the nice low-profile one! thanks for the advice

Don't know if it's already been said but didn't whant to read the novel so here it goes.

Grab vise grips and pnchit on as tight as you can and go for it. If that doesn't work than take a 2x4 or some thing strong and put it end to end on frame and tighten the vise grips down put them on and hiot it till it locks with a hammer and you should be fine.
