Gnarly, the same could be said for rebuilding engines, sometimes things don't go like they should.

I literally broke snap on tools using huge extension bars.....am i dumb?

Maybe but fasteners don't always cooperate.

If you're breaking tools, as I have, you need to upgrade your tools or practices. Short -cuts and cheating can cause more problems than they're worth. Take it from someone that has taken the end off a VW swing axle axle. Would have been better to sacrifice that nut than have to replace that axle. And the brake drum.
