If you're still working on this then you may want to check that everything is seated properly. It could be that the bearing or race is thingy-eyed and it is causing your wheel hubs to be overly tight and to experience tightness in certain spots where its most out of wack.

For clarity, the video says 43 ft-lbs to seat everything then back it off to then retighten to 4 ft-lbs
