The fuel pump would run key on if there was an issue at the afm.
Not having power at ignitor/injectors and ecu is where id start.  Depending on how long the truck had been apart are you sure the COR or EFIR aren't weirding out.
I haven't done tons of work on third gen, but are you sure there isn't somewhere you couldn't have swapped connections?
