Cost me $100 about 10 years ago. Not sure if its 'qulaity' but ill just use up the jack oil I bought and when its finally done I'll get a 3Ton jack and be done with it 
Based on its age, you might be able to find an o-rings kit for it, or find replacements at a plumbing supply store.
