Most part out the turbo due to not being able to solve running issues with them or costs of repairing the turbo. However, if/when running the turbo's are worth about the same as their N/A counterparts.

'87 N/A As far as redoing the head, it wont be any different or harder than a stock 22re, just make sure to have the head pressure tested and resurfaced, and go with a oem turbo gasket. I would consider having the injectors cleaned and rebuilt if they weren't done with the last rebuild.
