No idea about that. But I've seen people repair dashes, mostly in cars, and it's a pretty simple project. You just break off all the bad pieces and use a bondo type compound to fill in everything (what they use is like bondo but it flexes). Then you paint it or dye it, I even saw a guy frock his and it looked good.
