My 22RE is a '88. You have my attention! Tell me more. Where can I find this aux air valve? I'm sure I've had it in my hand before but never knew what it was. Is that the thing under the intake that has coolant hoses, electrical and vacuum hoses running to it? I just got done doing a complete teardown rebuild on the motor. Everything has been replaced other than sensors and emission stuff, you know the $300 parts that only make the motor run funny when they don’t work.
