The cable. I finely bent the hot/cold lever and then put vise grips on both ends of the cable trying to get it to move and it’s a real PITA. The valve is fine. It opens and closes real easy. So I disconnected the hot/cold cable and moved the valve to the full open position and the heater for some reason or another only blows cool air.
