Got my spare tire carrier made. Cut out the stock crossmember and made a new one with two peices of tubing and a plate. Put a stock chain hoist tire winch in there and you raise and lower it from the back of the passenger wheel well with a ratchet. Everything fits and nothing hits. This probably deserves a few more photos in the future...
