I think 33s on stock or near stock height looks awesome on a first gen. TURBO ran 33s on his '83 with a rear locker and our 4.70s in his lone t/case and did all of Dusy-Ershim. I like this route as it's more driver skill rather than some beast of a rig that effortlessly gets through trails. I'd love to build another truck & limit it's tire size to 33".
