Anybody ever had this problem,or is´t a problem :conf:
Leaf mount bending.
The bolt has not been over torqued

Is the spring pack missing the sleeve that goes through the bushings?  That is the first thing that comes to mind.

Reminds me of some homebrew shackles I've seen haha. ::)

If you're trying to fix it: bend it back out and weld a plate across the front for protection and support to prevent it from happening again, but then your spring may start slopping around in there.

I dunno. If it were me, I'd rather have a bent hanger than springs shifting side to side when I go around corners or on a side hill.  :dunno:

I can't see any way to bend a hanger like that unless the bushing sleeve was missing...   ???

My springs shift from side to side when I go around corners :hammer: .  I could fix it, but im too lazy  :sleepy:  .  What you could do is bend the hanger back make brase it up and get some new bushings.  Some new after market  bushings have a lip on them that would probably fill up the gap or make it less apparent when going around corners.   :turtle:  :usa:

:hammerhead: Missing the bushing sleave. it gets compressed between the two tangs of the hanger and holds them parallel. :yesnod:

It is a 96 Hilux that has a SAS.
Front hanger and bolts comes from AllPro
There were no sleave, just the bushing and bolts
Maybe that´s the problem,

you bought it from all poo thats your problem bye from marlin he has better stronger parts and is a realy nice guy if you have a problem liek that with a marlin hanger he would repalce it

.  . . if you wanted to hack it off the frame and replace it.  But I doubt he does.  If you can source up a sleeve you would be best off. You may have to use a smaller diameter bolt though.  The width between those spring mount ears is 2.5" right?  Or 2.25"?  Anyway, if there is no clearance to box that front section in, try a bit of box tube, and cut the fourth side off, then use that to box it in, as you could move it out away from the spring for clearance
