AllPro rear lift, different shackles angles leftVSright side

Not sure how this is happening, but my shackle angle on the passenger side isn't as angled as the drivers side.
This is on a 89 4Runner with All Pro 5" springs, relocated spring hangers and installed Johnny joints.
The weird thing is from spring hanger eye to Jonny joint eye, both sides are equal. Also measured from rear end of frame to each of the eyes, and they are all the same.
My gas tank probably has 2 gallons of gas, but I doubt filling gas would even make a difference.
Any idea what I did wrong?

Passenger side shackle angle

Drivers side shackle angle

Passenger side u bolt plate to frame

Drivers side u bolt plate to frame

That's a 1/2" of height difference with about 2degrees difference in shackle angle.
Keep in mine I have a close yo empty gas tank, maybe a gallon or two.

I'll probably try and swap the springs left to right to see if the spring rates are different, but they are both labeled toy rear 35.

Is the front stock, if it's still ifs, have you got a torsion bar cranked higher then the other, also if it's sad'ed , could be a flat front spring

Thanks
Front has been lifted and sas'd with AllPros 4" kit. Front sits level, shackle angles are the same up front

As far as I know all pro doesn't change rates for sides. There marked front and rear and that's it. I have 5" spring on my 2nd gen and didn't have a problem like your experiencing. That's weird all the measurements add up  ???

To me 2 degrees difference doesn't sound like much. Have you tried weighting the high side to level it out then re checking shackle angle? Another thought was how tight are the shackle bolts.

Seems good to me, higher on the tank side. Fill her up, that side will come down and shackle angle will be close.
