Duel case problems

I replaced the rear case in my 85 pickup and now then in 2wd I shift the crawl box into low and will know the rear case into neutral and won't budge out unless I take shifter out and knock the linkage back forward didn't do this before with old case thanks in advance

Did you pull the pin in the t-case and not install a twin stick?  Did you rebuild it yourself, order a rebuilt one from Marlin, or other source?
1989 4Runner: Dual Ultimate (Inchworm front & Marlin 4.70 rear), Marlin Twin Stick, 1200-lb clutch, 4.88 R&P, Aussie Front, Detroit rear, 30-spline Longs, Long hub gears, ARP hub and knuckle studs & 35x12.50 Cooper STT PRO tires.  Marlin rear bumper & sliders.  FROR front bumper.  SAS with Alcan springs & Rancho 9000XL shocks.  Budbuilt Bolt-on traction bar.  Custom Interior Cage by Those Guys Rod and Customs.

He came to the chat with this yesterday and it was figured out that he did not trim the rail like he was supposed to.

I was thinking that he forgot to cut the rail down.

Do you plan on pulling your pin?  I was surprised a bit that it was still in with the triple stick configuration.
