ZERO OIL PRESSURE AT IDLE

 My 20r has o oil pressure at idle but reads normal as rpm increase, im thinking it may have a worn out front cover, as the oil pump checks out good and the rest of the motor has been rebujilt 2 years ago.  suggestions:mad:

20r's & 22r's only have 3-5 psi at idle. Your gauge may not be sensitive enough to show that low of pressure. Try a Stewart Warner or Autometer gauge.
