Here is former El Dorado County Deputy Director Daphne Green talking after receiving the Rock Award, RTF's most prestigious annual award. Daphne worked tirelessly from 2004 through 2011 to rally support for the Rubicon Trail. She initiated and funded the 2007 Trail Assessment by the California Geological Survey that became the blueprint for the county in its efforts to comply with the clean-up and abatement order from the State Water Board. She is a true hero for the Rubicon Trail!
