High steer arms....

Hello everyone my name is Tim, and I am looking for something kinda special. What I have is an 81 Toyota that I bought high steer arms for of of Craigslist. The problem is that they are bare arms, so I have researched and called everyone on the planet for the 17mm steering pins and no one sells them separately. I am hoping someone knows were I can get these without having to buy new arms. I read on Pirate4x4 that Marlin sells these, but it is an act of god to get a hold of them. Is this true that Marlin sells these, and if so how do I contact them?  Thanks!!!  BTW I only paid $50 for the arms, but I am starting to think there's a reason I got them so cheap.
