IRock vs Creepy Crawlers 37x12.5 r15 and your suggestions
« on: Dec 06, 2014, 10:56:06 AM »
So looking for a new set of 37s for the 85 runner. I have new 15'' soft eights other wise id buy 17's and go with the mtr kevlar. Anyways Im stuck between the Irock and the creepy crawlers. Creepys are cheaper wonder wich will last longer chunking cuppings and so on. Truck is not a dd just drive to the trail to wheel the hell out of her.
O yeh what about trxus. Thanks guys

Not if you adjust your steering stops I have been running bias 36x13.50 IROKS for a number of years and they work great in rocks and snow, do not know how they work in mud, I dislike mud!! I have beadlocks, 10x15 and I run at 5 psi.

Never run either, but I've talked with several wheelers who say you can't beat an iroc for snow.  They said you just groove em when they're low on tread and they still work better in snow than other new tires.

I have 39.5x13.5x15 bias Iroks on the 85, havent had the chance to wheel much on them but they rocked in the sand, dirt climbs and rocks! Should get to abuse them a bit this spring.

My buddy has creepy crawlers and they do good.

Id rather have iroks myself, just because ive ran them in a 36" and a 39.5" and absolutely loved them except for the poor road manners i had with them.

Creepy Crawlers were significantly more money than Iroks, when I purchased my Iroks a few years ago.

I ran some 37" Iroks for a couple years and now have KM2's.

The Iroks are awesome in all conditions and even better when they get to about 50% in the snow.

The stick like glue if your getting the bias.

My 2 cents.

Thanks guys!

I think im going with the Irok 36x13.5x15 Bias. Becuase i dont drive rig much just to the trail and want that 4ply sidewall.
Its 1200 for iroks or
1375 for 37x12.5x15 Creepys
thats through 4wheel parts

That's pretty damn cheap!  Is that local or do you have to pay shipping?
