To my friends and family that suffer from PTSD and Depression, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, it's hard to reach out to someone in pain, if you are the one in pain its even harder to get help, just remember that you are NEVER alone in your fight against the demons in your brain housing group, the depression can be maintained, the PTSD can be monitored and both issues are not hopeless, trust me I suffer from both of these issues everyday, If any of you are suffering with these problems CALL ME we can get through it together, if needed,  I have a therapist we can talk to, in order to help you manage your particular needs. no one left behind . . . .

VERY Cool of you Yeller!

If you are a vet, the VA has services that can assist as well

The cost of freedom is always high, but Americans have always paid it. And one path we shall never choose, and that is the path of surrender, or submission.

My dad is a combat vet and served in Vietnam while he was a teenager, dont know much more then that since he has never told me anything more then it was a waste of time and he lost friends and family.

he suffers from PTSD that is untreated, seems to handle it well from what i can see, hes 62 now and seems to not let it get the better of him anymore.

good to know there are others on here who can understand what he goes through.

as its true the VA has benefits set aside for the Veterans, its been my experience that the VA freeking sux and is mostly a pain in the A$$,

Having been on the receiving end of the services they provide  . . . I suggest you seek outside help paid for by the VA, and NEVER . . . .NEVER, let them say NO, you keep going back and make them help you, I am going through a 5 year waiting period for my 1st claim of disability on my jacked up knees, I have involved my Congressman and everything and I'm still waiting for my Appeal to be appealed
