My always needing work rig is 84 standard cab frame with 87 extra cab. Tunnel rebuilt to clear lifted tcase for flat belly.
1/4" skip plate between frame rails. Fuel tank relocated between frame rails in the rear under the bed. Exo cage

89 22re. 20k? On rebuild with new head and enginebuildr 261 cam. Doug Thorley carb legal header into 2.25" pipe to flow master. Rock stomper mounts. Gm 1 wire alternator putting out 110 amps

W56 transmission

Dual cases with 2.28 gears until I rebuild rear case with tg 4.7 gears soon. Inchworm 21 spline adapter. Longfield rear output and marlin front output. Fror plate mounted to pipe that's bushing to frame

Dana 60 front. 5.13 with Detroit. Factory 10 alloy chromo inner and 35 spline outer shafts with spicer ujoints. Warn hubs. Double sheer steering at the knuckle using heims for steering and ifs steering box. Hydro assist

14 bolt rear. 5.13 with Detroit.

3 link front suspension with grand Cherokee v8 stock front springs. Rancho shocks right now cause I busted a bilstein.
Chevy 63" springs in the rear with 8" shackles. No blocks

42" tsl on 15" bead locks

Future work:
rebuilding rear case before mcr with 4.7

Pan hard frame mount needs to be changed to match drag link angle and length.

Switch to a heavier coil spring and change shock mount

I'm dreaming but an atlas swap if I can fool the wife for the cash. Lol

Full bump. Very tight till I change pan hard mount. That's with bilstein and 4" up travel. Not as close right now since I had to switch to rancho

4th trip out on tons. Loud banging at the end of the video is my driveline making room on skid plate. Ouch

Transfer cases all torn apart. Clearance for 4.7 and clean tomorrow for reassemble. Hopefully back in rig by thursday

The shock still has more to go down with the ranchos. Bilsteins would've been maxed out down travel there but I would've had another 1" up travel. I need to get another bilstein and limit straps too
