Tranny talk

How can I tell what type of tranny I have I have four speed tranny top shifter don't know if it's l50 or what

if its a 4 speed and its top shifting its a L45, from my knowledge L43 is a 4 speed but its a side shifter and weird looking.

L50 is a 5 speed.



oh and this is regarding a 4wd tranny.

it might be a 2wd tranny u are talking about.

Can u put a l43 throw out  bearing from a  l43 int a l45 and yes it's a four wheel drive

or can i take the pin that the trhow out arm rest on out of the l43 and put it into the l45 is it interchangable

L50/52, G52/54, W56-A/B, and R151F transmissions all have the same release bearing and L43 and L45 share the same release bearing. :beerchug:
