Benders are not that expensive, it's the dies that cost the money. Cheap tubing bender, there is no such thing.

Look on pirate for used ones. Cheapest option. Look at JD2 and ProTools. Common ones that come up for sale with a lot of dies.

find someone close to you that has one and will let you use it and buy lots of beer. :thumbs:

technically that is a tube roller and not bender but that is symantics.

SWAG offroad makes a bunch of upgrades for that roller if you go that route.

at one point i had DXF files for the protools and JD2 model 3 bender arms. if anyone is interested i can look for them. I was looking at having my own cut but it ended up costing me about the same as buying them from JD2 so i just went that way.
