  One of these for anyone that can help me. I want to take off the dash and safey pad so i can check some wiring, look at what kinda radio i can fit in and where i want to run my tac wires. Anyway i got all the screws out and go to pull out the heat control finish panel and it starts to take the heater controls with it. Do i have to go under the dash and unscrew something there too? I have messed up heater controls before doing something like this and even tho i won't need heat for awhile i would like to keep it intact.

I've not removed the heater and/or core before, but for someone who has it might help them to know what year/model your truck is
