89 Toyota pickup ?

Well I was replacing my speedo cable today and had a question. I noticed behind the a/c panel there are two plugs not connected I'm guessing one was for the clock, that some came with and the other white plug I'm unsure of? Thanks for the info as I'm not to familiar with Toyotas.
