identifying 20and 22r heads

ok so this might be out there allready but im a  dummy when it comes to all this computer searching stuff an i have a motor tat was beleaved to be a 22r but is actualy a 20r with a possible 22r head i am pretty new to the yota world had ford big blocks and diesels my whole life so not sure on the differances in the heads so what is the diff are
