Thanks guys!  I went wheeling again in the runner the other night and with the combo of my 1 tons the 40's and the 4 wheel underground 3 link front suspension with the 16" radflos it can not be beat! Absolutely the most fun rig to drive on or off the road, I can not believe how stable this thing is taking corners on the road and in those pucker factor im about to roll but it still feels scary stable with a tire 3 feet in the air situations  :smokin:   Id love to shake Brians hand one day he is the man and when I can put my money where my mouth is im gonna be needing everything to 4 link my rear from him!

Serious updates to come soon it's time to change up the runner a bit as this thing is my one and only trusty vehicle it goes were I go  :beerchug:
I'm hoping to get a few much needed new additions,
Interior cage with corbeau seats,
Some nice shocks with hoops and a beef anti wrap bar for the 63's,
Fuel cell between the new hoops behind the rear seat,
Bead locks, and I wanna step down to 37 radials,
Winch with mount and stinger/bumper, some sort of sliders.
If I get half that done this winter I'll be more than stoked and hopefully have enough for gas and beer to go get this thing out on the trail for real finally!!

Dingman.

Why do you wanna step down to a 37" radial?
I want to get my hands on some 39.5" iroks!  You plan on selling yours? lol

Whats your reason for wanting to jump down a size? I love the 39.5 bias iroks.... Only thing that would make them better is deeper lugs like the original TSL's

Just got done reading thru you build, looks very cool. I'm waiting for Brian to get done moving so I can get my kit. I got a ?  I have a 2" BL on my truck so I was wandering  could you have kept the shock towers under the hood using the 16's if you had a 2" BL. I have a 90 toy, full exo 60- 14 with h-2's and 40's

i have 16" radflos on my runner with the 4wu kit.  under the hood.  Im running a diamond toy axle though so not sure how that plays.

I want this kit...  I like the look of the hoops through the hood.

The other benifit you had is your lower shock mount is around the axle center line, not above the axle like on this build.

Jack has more spring rate and because of it more up travel than I typically set people up with. Jacks springs are based of a different truck. So with a different spring that would compress more your shocks would be lower on the frame. So yes, you should not have to go through the hood.
