2000 jeep wrangler squeals like a pig

   started working on this jeep a week ago and installed a throw out bearing because the guy wanted a that replaced.  I had him go ahead and get a clutch just incase that was bad and he did.  well the clutch looked great like NEW so we just installed the tob and he took it to work a couple days no big deal then the squeal started 
Oddmar and I went and drug it back over here on his 20 foot trailer and tore it down to replace the clutch and pilot bearing.   got the bugger all back together with all new parts and it STILL DOES IT  

we greased the pilot bearing, input shaft collar, splines on input, even pivot ball

Does the sound go away when the clutch is depressed?  Is the clutch adjustable like a Tacoma? 

That was Big Mike's first suggestion to me when my TO bearing started chiping.  "Check pedal adjustment."  It was a new bearing too.

Does it happen while only moving? May be a long shot but the speedo cable? My 4runner squeals an that's what it is.i know this is a jeep, but could be something like tht. If the speedo is electronic, then forget what I said.  Just my $.02

it only does this when the clutch is between a inch off the floor and an inch from the top. all the way down NOTHING, all the way up not a sound but push it a inch or so down it starts.

Sounds like TO bearing.  Is the linkage or pedal adjustable?

well apparently it was a faulty tob, problem fixed.
