El Dorado Sheriff strips Forest Service of State Law Enforcment

So, who's gonna patrol the trails?  Isn't it the Forest Service?  Around here, we have the Sheriff's dept that patrols our forests.  But mostly they are more watching out for poachers, and plantations.

They can still enforce federal law, just not state law
