22r and performance?

i curious to know whats the limit with a 22r and tires? what would be the best for ithe truck that the engine could handle on and off road?? let me know what you think?

The limits?  2 1/2 ton rockwells and 53" michelins. 


What are you trying to do with it?  They live long and happy lives if you can keep from luggin really hard due to stock gears and taller tires.

i would love the 53", but for now i have to **destroy** the ifs and put in the s.a. after that i just kinda wanted to know  37s or 38s with 4.88s or 5.29s would be best the everyday yota that  sees more concrete than mud or rocks.
