I am almost done building my 1990 from a 2wd daily driver into a sas'd 4wheel drive dd, the speedometer cable is alot shorter than a stock 4 wheel drive, does anyone know where to get a 16" extension

If you want you could just go to a junkyard and grab a 4wd speedo cable. If you reroute it a stock one will reach with dual cases.

Real easy to remove too :)

Do I have to re route it through the same channels I know it runs along the top of the transmission and has a few mounting spots

Mine I just unhooked from the back 2 holders, never had a problem with it until my transfer case started destroying speedo gears lol.
