So I am going to say 7/8" for the rear, and 3/4" for the front, you will have enough play to use the 7/8" on drums and discs in the future by adjusting the bias bar, without needed a proportioning valve (I am not a big fan).

I am kind of estimating on weight of the vehicle and rotor size, if you have those numbers I can go through the formula again if they are pretty different than my guess of 11" rotors and 3,600 lbs.

If you know the size of your clutch slave and throw needed I can figure that one out too.

Awesome! I'll double check but I think the rotor is an 11". I really don't know what the truck weights with all the extra work added, but 3,600 should be a good number. What line size did you figure for? As for the clutch slave, I don't know the bore and stroke off hand, thats something I'll have to look into.

Sounds like my guess was pretty accurate. I know these trucks are a touch over 3k lbs stock, I figure most people add to that a bit, even with all the body panels that get cut off. 11" was also just a guess, based on the stock 2WD trucks having a 10" rotor and being about 2700 lbs.

Line size I figured 3/16", you can get away with 1/4" as well and the only thing it will change is how much travel the pedal has.

If you figure out the clutch thing let me know. I usually just get 5/8" for those with a stock Toyota slave, but I am also familiar with 2WD only in this setup. I believe the stock clutch master is 15.6mm or something like that, which is relatively close to 5/8". But again, I have 2WD numbers in my head.

Why did you still go with the raised arms? I do not know what the height difference is between the raised steering arms and flat, but I would think running on the top or possibly the bottom of the flat arms would give you a little more up travel. Diaregard.

Either way it is nice to see progress
