Hey just checking in with you guys. Time to get back into the wheelin mode, season is approaching real soon.  Been out of touch with for to many months I don't know who has the best stuff on the web anymore. Well if you remeber me what's up tell me how you been. If not you can just piss.      I have just been busy buying a house and taking classes for being a mortgage consultant.  So any1 looking to buy a new home or Refi let me know or a commercial or new construction loan.  And if any1 needs help straighting out there credit I can do that too, for FREE.  well I'm gonna take a look around an see what I've been missing.  And see how much sleeper posting LilSwampers done

Well thanks alot toecutter it's nice to own your own home thats for sure.  And yes there is alot of money to be made in the lending biz. You just got to have good ethics and morals or you want make a dime. Cuase most of the successful people in the biz get there clients by refferals, so they must have done someone right.  Knowing what I know now after becoming a mortgage consultant, I wouldn't go back to the person who get me my loan.  And my goal is to build a clientel from refferals and return business. I know I'm starting to sound like a preacher or a salemen now. But this is my approach and it may take a while to get started like this but I know they will keep coming back.

  actually its not the usual credit card maxed out stuff,  just the 3 major surgeries and 1 week in ICU and 2 weeks in surgery recovery ward, then insurance dumped me and reversed the charges

What you need to do Glen is send in a letter of explantion for all that to all 3 companys.  It's your chance to plead you case to the world. And this letter will be included in every credit report that is pulled from then on.  The good thing about it is that those are medical collections. And there is kind of a understanding about those kind of collections with the creditors, so you explenation letter will help out a lot.  But the fix for that is obviuosly time.  The major things that give you a high score is a good payment record for at least a year, at least 4 open trade lines (credit accounts) , not exceeding 30% of your available credit on all credit cards and no inquirees in the past 90 days. Anymore questions just shoot.
