Hey scheid6996-

By default I have the forum set up for all new members to have word censoring enabled. This forum is here for our customers and customer support, so we don't want to offend anyone if possible.

I know, I know, :bull crap: It's very simple to turn off, check it out:
Go to your Profile > Look and Layout Preferences, and then check the box for "Leave words uncensored."

You can also turn the Magic Turtles off, Show the Quick Reply feature, and "Return to topics after posting by default.", which if not checked I find is very annoying.
