 The truck is 4wd with a 392 that was bored .60 over and has a mild cam in it.  Tranny is a 3 speed with a PTO t case.  Not sure on the model of the tranny and t case.  I can have my friend look at it on Monday when he gets back into town. 

The axles are sold for now.  If someone wants the whole truck then maybe i can leave the axles in it.

Looks like a 1300,not a 1200. 1200 is a 3/4 ton.

Does it run?

Does it have a PTO or just a place for one?

Transfer case will be a NP202(large PTO opening on the drivers side).

I think the axle was swapped in at one time.  3 speed all steel case automatic.  He said it was PTO on the t case.  Engine has torque cam and electronic ignition.  It was started about 5 years ago and driven.  Been sitting since then.  Prob need a half day or so to go through it and get it going.

Has an old PTO winch with no cable.  prob need a rebuild but its there.

Where's the winch mounted at?

Sounds about wright for the tranny. 

The winch is off the truck but goes on the front or under the bed in the back.  He has all the equipment to run the winch off the powers tearing.  Might need to build a winch mounting spot. It's pretty big.

I'm interested in the winch,what model and rating is it? Factory would have been an 8,000 lb Ramsey. What brand PTO? Does it have a shaft sticking out front and back?

So it's a PTO hydraulic winch setup minus the PTO,pump driven by a V belt instead. I'm not interested in hydrauilc,I would be using a driveshaft from a PTO.

Thanks man.  Would be a cool farm truck to fix up.  Super cheap too.  OBO going to scrap it soon.
