is it possible to install a turbo tranny bellhousing to a non-turbo bellhousing? thanks

Your question seems a little mixed up. A turbo tranny bellhousing will fit onto any 20R - 22R motor, but only the R151F (and R150)  tranny will bolt up to it. An  R series transmission will not bolt up to W or G series bellhousings. -- Matt
