I Have and 87 4runner SR5 and im not sure what size my gas tank is. Ive heard 17 and 14 gallon tanks. I dont have a manual. Can any one help?

I'm pretty sure that it's 17

In 86 the XtraCabs and long wheel base models were 19, the short wheel base and 4runners were 17

4runnerMore likely 17 gal. as emsvitil mention, some models came out with 19 gallons. 14 gallons are more commonly found on carb engines.
