Sparkplug

the upper frame tube is wider than the spring. Stock uses confer shackles to make up for this. They sell .75 thick washers for those, or you can just stack a few washer till it sits right.

Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

Check the center bolts on the springs. These keep the axle centered. The rear springs seem to have a spacer or shim on top of the block and between the top leaf. What is the black tape doing? on the spring next to the bolt plate .

Looks like to me, a ubolt flip was done, without a proper plate, that could be issues too

Your right, didnt catch that, that is the plate fron the stock bottom mount instead of the flat one . I bet the center bolt doesnt even reach it .

And the fact its designed to center a round tube, now its flat on flat and that might make it shift a lot, being one edge is prob trying to slide into the depression for the tube to sit in

Sky has Daystar bushings for 63" Chev springs. They also have the correct shackle hangers and bushings. I don't think you can use Toyota size greasable bolts. The Chevs use a 1/2" and 9/16" bolt.
