So I was thinking about just getting a fresh rebuilt power steering box for when I lift my 85 toyota. my question is are there major differences between marlins and "Competitors" boxes, marlin seems to have my trust and his is a good 30$ cheaper then the others.

Basically Im just looking for so input on which way I should go

I doubt there would be much of a difference if any at all from any box you buy that is "professionally" rebuilt from any of the big name companies.

I agree here just depends on who the companies are having the boxes rebuilt or getting them through and what that person is charging. I know our boxes are rebuilt but a company local to us. Most of the bigger companies also offer a fairly good warranty with the boxes
